- Our sizes are denoted by the child's age in whole numbers.
- For instance, a size labelled "4 Yr" is suitable for children aged 4 to 5 years. Please note that if your child is, for example, 4 years and 6 months old, a size labelled "4 Yr" would still be the best fit.

2. What if my child falls between sizes?

3. How do I know the right size?
- Accurate Measurements: Ensure precise measurements by neither adding extra ease nor pulling too tightly. Our size chart accounts for comfortable fitting based on the garment style.
- Matching Measurements: Simply match your child's measurements with those on our size chart. Choose the size that closely aligns with your child's measurements for the ideal fit.
4. How do I measure my child for the perfect fit?
Newborns and Infants (0-2 Yrs)
- For newborns and infants, it's best to measure them while they're peacefully sleeping.
- Gently use a soft tape measure to take the required measurements, including the shoulder, chest/waist, body length, and sleeve length, to ensure the right size.
Kids (2+ Years)
- As your child grows into a curious explorer, have them stand tall and straight while you take their measurements.

5. How do I take care of my PocoMico Products?
- Poco Mico products are extremely convenient to take care of – Simply toss it into the washing machine on gentle mode, then let it line dry or choose a low tumble dry setting. Witness the magic unfold as it emerges softer than ever after each wash.

7. What payment methods are accepted at Poco Mico?

10. Can I update the shipping address or product size of my order after it's been placed?
- Absolutely! You can modify your shipping address or product size before we dispatch your order. Once it's on its way, we can't make any changes to the address or the items in your order.

11. Can I make changes to my PocoMico order?
- Once your order is confirmed, online modifications are not available. However, we're here to help! Feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the change request.

14. When will my order be shipped and when will it get delivered?
At PocoMico, we strive to get your order to you as swiftly as possible so your little ones can start enjoying their new outfits. Here's what you can expect:

Delivery Information:
- In India, you can typically expect your standard delivery to arrive within 6-7 days.
- While we do our best to ensure swift delivery, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
15. Will there be additional delivery charges?
For orders below Rs. 1000, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable. However, we offer free shipping for all pre-paid orders above Rs. 1000 within India.
For domestic Indian orders, we offer cash on delivery (COD) at an additional cost of Rs. 50. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Additionally, express delivery options are available for selected pin codes at an additional charge of Rs. 350, ensuring swift delivery within 1-2 business days.
16. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
While guest checkout is available without the need to create an account, we highly recommend setting up an account to unlock a world of benefits:

20. How can I cancel an order?
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our regular return/exchange policies will apply. 21. What is Poco Mico's return policy?
- Ensure the returned product is in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed, with intact tags.
- Products undergo a quality check at the Poco Mico warehouse before processing exchanges/refunds.
- Exchange requests are accepted only once.
- Cash on delivery (COD) and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International orders are non-returnable.

22. How long does it take for a refund request to be processed at Poco Mico?
- Typically, it takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.
- This timeline accounts for the reverse pickup arranged with the courier company, which collects the product from your delivery address.
- Upon retrieval, the items undergo a thorough quality check at the Poco Mico warehouse.
- After this inspection, we proceed with the necessary steps to complete the refund process.
23. Do you offer reverse pickups for returns at Poco Mico?
- Reverse pickups are available for a broad range of pin codes.
- If your pin code doesn't support reverse pickups, we'll notify you accordingly. In such instances, you'll need to arrange for shipping the item back to us.
24. How are refunds processed by Poco Mico?
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, you have the option to receive store credits or a cash refund.
- Upon receipt of the returned order at our warehouse and successful quality check approval, we'll provide you with a payout link. Simply input your account details, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
- Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
