Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Information:
- We strive to dispatch all orders promptly, aiming to ship them within 2 business days. For custom or made-to-order collections, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
2. Delivery Information:
- The final delivery time depends on your location, ensuring that the joy of Poco Mico reaches every corner of the globe.
- Standard Deliveries in India: Typically take 5-7 days to arrive.
- Standard Deliveries to Other Parts of the World: Generally, take 7-14 days for delivery.
Please Note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we are committed to minimising any inconvenience caused by such extraneous factors.
3. Dispatch and Transit Times:
- Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same day, with transit times calculated accordingly. Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
- Please note that business days do not include Sundays, Indian National holidays, and major festivals.
4. Guest Checkout vs. Account Creation:
- While guest checkout is available without creating an account, we highly recommend setting up an account for a personalised and seamless shopping experience.
- Creating an account allows you to create product wishlists, track your order details and transactions, easily request returns and order escalations, and stay updated with the latest product offerings and promotional offers. At Poco Mico, we're not just shipping clothing; we're delivering joy, comfort, and the essence of childhood to your doorstep.
Cancellation Policy
5. Before the Delivery/Shipment:
- You hold the reins to your order until delivery. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order before dispatch, simply access your account on our platform and navigate to the 'My Account' section.
- Any eligible refund for the cancelled product will be swiftly processed within 24-48 business hours post-approval.
- No specific product(s) within the order can be cancelled. The entire order will be cancelled in the event of such a cancellation.
- In the case that the order or product has been delivered to you, the return policy's terms will apply to that order or product.
- We will notify you by text or email if your cancellation request is approved or denied.
- Once a request for cancellation of an order is placed, we cannot undo such a cancellation request. You will need to replace the order once more in such a situation.
- If an order is cancelled while it is in transit, the refund won't be processed until the goods have been delivered to and checked by our warehouse.
- In the event that a user cancels a cart offer or any discount offer in which they have purchased a product together with another, all of the products they have purchased through that cart offer will also be cancelled.
- If a product purchased through a specific cart offer or any other discount offer within the order is delivered to the user, all other products tagged under the same cart offer will not be affected by the cancellation of that particular product.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders/Processing Time:
- For cancelled orders before delivery/shipment, refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours. If the shipment is already dispatched, refunds will be initiated post-verification of returned products.
- In case of cancellation before delivery/shipment, we'll process your refund within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving your request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- The coupon code or offer will no longer be valid on an order that includes any or all of the products that were previously part of it if the order is cancelled. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
- Within 24 to 48 business hours of us receiving the returned goods, refunds for payments made using credit/debit cards or net banking will be transferred to the original account. It can require an extra two to three business days for the money to appear in your account.
- In the event of a cash on delivery transaction, we will start a bank transfer using the refund amount and the billing information you provided. We will finish this process within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving the returned product and your email containing your bank details. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Note: Discount vouchers utilised during payment will be considered as utilised post-cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
7. How to Initiate a Return:
- If for any reason you wish to return a product within 7 days of delivery, our 'Easy Return Policy' ensures a hassle-free process. Log into your account, head to the 'My Account' section, and raise a return request.
- If a guest user wishes to initiate a return or cancellation request after checking out of the platform, they can do so by registering with us. By creating an account using the same email ID and/or phone number used during checkout, users gain access to our platform's features. Upon registration, users must sign in to their account and navigate to the 'My Account' section, where all their orders will be displayed. From there, they can raise return or cancellation requests for one or all products in their order.
- Please ensure that returned products are packaged in their original packaging with all parts, freebies, and the original receipt included. It's important to securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit. Note that if incorrect products are handed over to our courier service partner, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.
- Once the original products are received at our warehouse and undergo a quality check, refunds for the returned products will be processed accordingly.
- For areas where pickup services are available, the return pickup time typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to minimise such instances.
8. Items Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges:
Certain conditions may render products ineligible for return, including:
- Product is damaged as a result of misuse or overuse
- Returned in the event that the original packaging is damaged or missing price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories.
- The serial number has been tampered
- Products that are defective and not covered under our warranty
- The product is modified or used.
- If the request is made after the order has been delivered for 7 working days
- Free item offered by the brand
9. Receipt of Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:
- In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us promptly through your account. We'll arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund process upon receiving the products in their original condition.
10. Partial Order Returns:
- Yes, we understand preferences may change. You can return individual items from your order. However, each return can be initiated only once per order, and the product must be returned in full, including all components and complimentary gifts.
11. Refunds for Returned Orders/Processing Time:
- Refunds for returned orders are processed upon receipt and verification of products at our warehouse. The same account used for payment will be credited within 24-48 business hours for credit/debit card transactions or via bank transfer for cash on delivery transactions.
