Items Eligible For Return
- Items, including but not limited to pillows, bedding, blankets, play mats, towels are non-returnable.
- Returnable products should have their original packaging, labels, and tags intact, be unused, and in a saleable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.

For orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged for each item returned: ₹199 per item if picked up by PocoMico and ₹99 per item if sent by you.
How to Return Eligible Products
For Orders Delivered in India:
- Log in to your PocoMico account to schedule a free reverse pickup.

Alternatively, email support@pocomico.com within 10 days of receiving the product, mentioning your order number and the product you want to return. You can also chat with our Customer Support team over WhatsApp.
For Orders Delivered Outside India:

Email support@pocomico.com or chat with our Customer Support team over WhatsApp, within 10 days from the delivery date, providing your order number and details of the eligible product(s) you wish to return.
- Ship the products back within 30 days from the delivery date to our address; details of which will be provided to you.
- Kindly note that the responsibility for return shipping and any associated Indian customs charges rests with you, and it's important to be aware that these charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the return, the product undergoes a quality check.
- After passing the check, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
- A restocking fee is applicable for items returned within India.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- For COD orders, bank account details are required for processing the refund.
- Shipping charges, customs duty, and taxes are non-refundable.
Faulty/Defective Products:

In case of receiving a faulty/defective product, email support@pocomico.com or chat with our Customer Support team over WhatsApp, within 48 hours. You will have to share your order number and clear images of the defect/issue.
Additional Information:
- Product measurements may vary by 1-2 inches.
Exchange Policy:
- The exchange option is not available, but eligible products can be returned within the specified period, allowing you to place a new order for the desired size.
Order Cancellation:
- Our products can be canceled until the order is shipped.
